This building is the true old soul of Haarlem. Right in the city center, with history in every wall… But when we stepped inside, it practically screamed: “Save me!” So, we got to work. A total renovation: floors, windows, a brand-new staircase – there was a lot to do! Our designers and engineers faced plenty of challenges, but in the end, here it is – bright, modern, and full of character.

We kept a piece of history with the original brick and added natural wood flooring to bring warmth and life to the space. The staircase is not just comfortable but exceptionally well-designed. We also installed a glass partition to separate the entrance from the living spaces

– a stylish solution that also helps reduce heat loss.

Upstairs, there are three cozy bedrooms or two bedrooms and a home office, depending on what works best. The spacious bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub, a large walk-in shower, and double sinks for added convenience. Downstairs, you’ll find an open kitchen, a bright living and dining area, and access to a charming little terrace.

So now, this isn’t just another old house in the heart of Haarlem – it’s a space designed for living, working, and enjoying the details.
